Description

You will maintain and improve system workflows under the supervision of the IT Lead.

Responsibilities

• Modify and expand existing systems to improve workflows or serve new business purposes.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating installations.
• Develop and document system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Analyze performance indicators and printouts to locate and correct code errors.
• Assist staff and users with troubleshooting malfunctions and program problems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Object-Oriented Development (OOD).
• Configuration Management Software.
• Development Environment Software.
• Enterprise Application Integration Software.
• Web Platform Development Software.
• Ability to travel or relocate to various client sites across the USA.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
