Description

You will support the IT Lead in maintaining and improving system workflows and program performance.

Responsibilities

• Modify and expand existing systems to improve workflows or serve new purposes.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating installations.
• Develop and document system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to identify and correct code errors.
• Assist staff and users with troubleshooting malfunctions and program problems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
• Experience with Configuration Management Software.
• Experience with Program Testing Software.
• Experience with Web Platform Development Software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
• Ability to travel to various client sites across the USA.
