Description

You will support the IT Lead in maintaining and improving system workflows and performance.

Responsibilities

• Expand or modify existing systems to improve workflows and serve new purposes.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating installations.
• Develop and document system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related malfunctions and program problems for staff and users.
• Analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to identify and correct code errors.

Required Skills

• 9 months of experience with Configuration Management, Development Environment, and Enterprise Application Integration software.
• Proficiency in Object/Component Oriented Development and Program Testing software.
• Experience with Web Platform Development software.
• SQL and Database Design.
• Data Analysis and Troubleshooting.
• Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Ability to travel or relocate to various client sites across the USA.
