Responsibilities

• Plan and perform requirement gathering to ensure consistency throughout the business analysis process.
• Develop test data scenarios and analyze results to gain system insights.
• Review and write technical system documentation.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and summarize details into actionable general information.
• Assist stakeholders in creating business practices that enhance the user experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst creating Use Cases and running JAD Sessions.
• 4+ years of experience creating functional design documents and documenting as-is to be processes.
• 4+ years of experience developing test scenarios, scripts, and data for multiple applications, including registration systems.
• 4+ years of experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• 6+ months of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python.
• 6+ months of experience communicating with stakeholders.
• 6+ months of experience working within a public sector law firm.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
