You will modify and expand existing systems to improve workflows and meet new requirements. Responsibilities test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems while coordinating new installations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to identify and correct code errors.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and users to resolve malfunctions and program issues.
• Travel to various client sites across the USA as project scope requires.

Required Skills

• 5 years of progressive post-Baccalaureate experience in the SDLC.
• 2 years of experience working with specific development and testing technologies.
• Proficiency with Configuration Management Software.
• Experience using Development Environment Software.
• Hands-on work with Program Testing Software.
• Experience with Web Platform Development Software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technology field.
