Description

Ability to create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Proficiency with diagramming tools (Visio or equivalent) for workflow and data flow modeling.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for writing queries and performing analysis.
Knowledge of contracts management, claims processing, eligibility systems, case management systems, or enrollment platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).   
 
Experience Required  
This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.  
3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or Jira (or similar) for backlog management, requirements tracking, and defect management.
3+ years of experience with data exchange formats, interoperability standards, or interface operations.
2+ years of experience supporting or analyzing workflow, case management, ERP, or reporting systems.
2+ years of experience working with vendors or external technical partners
