You will support the Global IT Quality team by delivering strategic initiatives and maintaining the Global UDI solution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to define features and acceptance criteria.
• Groom user stories and build test cases with the development team.
• Analyze existing systems for performance, performing gap analysis and suggesting solutions.
• Document changes and develop data flow diagrams to map application workflows.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using data mining techniques for process troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a developer or systems analyst managing tight timelines.
• Experience as an analyst on an Agile software development team, including story grooming and acceptance criteria writing.
• Systems implementation experience spanning UI, middleware, event-based systems, APIs, and distributed systems (Azure/AWS).
• Deep knowledge of TSQL, C#, VB.NET, and SQL.
• Experience using Jira workflow within an agile environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks supporting unit, integration, and system testing.
• Ability to create, review, and execute formal test scripts for product validation.

Preferred Skills

• Medical Devices domain knowledge.
• Ability to document design options clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
