Lead the full lifecycle of business and system requirements, from elicitation to validation, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Partner with architects, developers, and project managers to design scalable solutions and conduct technical design reviews.
• Develop test scenarios and cases to validate solution functionality before development.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and IS teams, serving as the primary liaison.
• Analyze complex workflows to identify gaps and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of systems analysis experience supporting complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of system design, technical architecture, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers and business SMEs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
