Description

You will act as the technical lead for system requirements, configuration, and testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and perform system configuration through fit/gap sessions.
• Conduct quality assurance testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop project documentation including functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes.
• Create training documentation and interface specifications for complex systems.
• Design data migration rules, logical workflow charts, and database/data warehouse design specifications.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience as a systems analyst, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field with 3 years of specific systems analyst experience.
• 3 years of experience conducting fit/gap sessions and system configuration.
• 3 years of experience with document management systems, preferably object storage systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and DB2.
• Knowledge of SDLC principles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience preparing system requirement specifications and screen prototypes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FileNet, Captiva, or ImageTrust.
• Experience in Public Sector delivery.
