Description

You will own the implementation, support, and enhancement of Public Health systems while ensuring compliance with agency security standards.

Responsibilities

• Support system users by resolving technical problems, managing account permissions, and providing training for new staff.
• Analyze system data quality and effectiveness by collecting, summarizing, and reporting on trends and usage.
• Coordinate system testing, production validation, and the software life cycle process.
• Maintain technical documentation, system protocols, and SharePoint collaboration sites.
• Develop policies and procedures to comply with NIST 800-53, FISMA, and SC InfoSec requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or technical support.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing content within MS SharePoint.
• Ability to use Visio for documentation and process mapping.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and CJIS compliance standards.
• Familiarity with CDC protocols and requirements.
• Understanding of information risk management and cybersecurity policy design.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbia, SC.
