You will analyze system processes, support end users, and mitigate workflow friction by resolving system defects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track initiatives and context using proprietary data sources.
• Guide end users through software workflows to reduce friction between development, deployment, and governance.
• Generate and tailor reports and logs detailing metadata and history for stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes of system defects and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills to deduce root causes from end-user issues.
• Ability to reference systems of record to rectify issues or access history.
• Experience applying technical concepts (APIs, databases, servers, cloud development) to workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to evaluate multiple potential solutions, weighing costs and environmental effects.
• Customer service experience using IT software.
