Description

Bridge business requirements and technical implementation for IT network infrastructure projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and technical procedures using job aids, templates, flow diagrams, and presentation decks.
• Analyze system gaps through Root Cause Analysis and propose cost-effective, technically feasible solutions.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories, mapping them to technical design specifications.
• Manage the product backlog with the Product Owner and maintain requirements traceability.
• Define test plans, execute test cases, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology project management and systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for creating process flows, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Project Server for project management tasks.
• Ability to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and managing regression testing.
• Proven capability to facilitate UAT with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
