Description

You bridge business stakeholders and technical staff within the Design and Investment planning team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps.
• Document requirements using user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, mapping them to technical design specifications.
• Manage the product backlog and assist the Product Owner with maintenance.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions, including defining test objectives and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
• Experience working within both Agile (Sprint) and traditional Waterfall SDLC frameworks.
• Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proven experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Ability to translate client and product strategy into detailed application requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with large, multi-module systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
