Description

You will support enhancements and fixes for the Client system, acting as a key technical and business resource for its components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Determine system enhancement requirements by collaborating with business teams, technical teams, and managed care plans.
• Design technical solutions, including ETL development and logical/physical data models.
• Manage data interfaces between Client system modules and external trading partners.
• Assign work to the technical team and track assignments using an Agile board.
• Provide deep business and technical knowledge of the Client system and its data structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Analysis.
• 10 years of knowledge of Medicaid System Components and related business rules.
• 10 years of experience in Requirements Gathering.
• 10 years of proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• 5 years of experience in Software Development.
• 5 years of experience with Database Design.
• 5 years of experience with ETL tools (Talend).
• 5 years of experience designing solutions based on requirements.
• 5 years of experience with MongoDB.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle DB.
• 5 years of experience managing Interfaces and Extracts.
• 3 years of knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Concepts.
• 5 years of experience assigning and tracking technical team assignments using an Agile board.
