Description

You will lead end-to-end data conversion strategies and manage comprehensive testing cycles for large-scale claims processing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion strategy, including mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation, and development of conversion crosswalks.
• Direct data validation cycles to resolve complex anomalies in Member, Claims, and Finance data.
• Develop and execute the overall Test Strategy, covering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and oversee the tracking and closure of defects.
• Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies during migration and testing phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis involving large datasets and trend identification.
• Expertise in data conversion, mapping rules, validation, and ETL design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Teradata for query development, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and executing test activities.
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale claims processing systems such as MMIS.
• Proven experience with Agile testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with MMIS or Conduent.
• Experience with Mainframe and DB2 testing.
