You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements and optimize system processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and concise user stories for technical implementation.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and propose technical or business resolutions.
• Maintain product backlogs and assist Product Owners with progressive elaboration and dependency mapping.
• Define test plans, execute test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with an emphasis on technology project management.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum.
• 2+ years of experience creating procedure documentation, templates, and flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Project Server and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into application requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with large, multi-module systems and networking projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with vendors, consultants, and contractors on technical solutions.
