Description

You will evaluate enterprise content management (ECM) practices and define future-state business and technical requirements for document handling and system enhancements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current ECM practices, conduct stakeholder interviews, and analyze workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Elicit, analyze, and document future-state business and technical requirements for ECM, data handling, and system improvements.
• Design standardized workflows and governance frameworks for content organization, classification, retention, and security.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to validate system changes, document workflows, and process improvements.
• Create detailed documentation for file strategies, data flows, and operational procedures, while supporting teams with training and job aids.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• 3+ years of experience supporting ECM strategies and enterprise data practices.
• Experience in government, investment, or financial services environments.
• Strong ability to create clear, structured technical documentation including requirements, process maps, and data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work independently.
