You will manage requirements and delivery for web-based transaction applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Craft requirements, user stories, and project tracking documentation.
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Execute formal documentation processes following systems development methodologies.
• Track project progress and deliverables using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Project Management within technology organizations.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for requirements and story tracking.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience delivering value in digital products on agile teams.
• Knowledge of APIs.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
