Description

You will perform business analysis and systems design within a public agency environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and document functional, business, and user requirements.
• Analyze business processes to drive improvement, application design, and workflow automation.
• Model and document functional designs for medium to large applications.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and resolve incident and service tickets for existing applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement and workflow automation.
• 5+ years of experience modeling and documenting functional designs.
• 5+ years of experience producing business rules, functional specifications, and stakeholder requirements.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience providing incident and service ticket resolution.
• 5+ years of experience working within a State department or public agency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology and PMP certification.
• Experience with Electronic Health Care Record Systems or Correctional Health Care environments.
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design and collaborative design sessions.
