Description

You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal systems, spanning CMS architecture, network infrastructure, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build CMS components, including UI pages, layouts, and CSS for service catalogs.
• Implement and manage IP network devices, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Configure and maintain ITIL modules in ServiceNow, including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Develop roadmaps and blueprints for client transitions to service-based organizations.
• Maintain multi-user computer systems in coordination with network engineers.

Required Skills

• At least 12 months of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with VMware, vSphere, and ESXi hosts.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience implementing SOAP and REST protocols.
• Ability to develop UI pages and CSS specifically for service catalogs.
• Minimum 1 year of professional IT experience.
• U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL process optimization.
• Background in network engineering collaboration.
