Description

Translate platform needs into actionable system requirements and serve as the subject matter expert for service interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and architects to define system requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, including interface contracts, error handling, and platform guardrails.
• Support QA and UAT by providing clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and backlog refinement to ensure sufficient system-level detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with APIs and UI Shells.
• Familiarity with Jira for backlog management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting system integrations using sequence or swimlane diagrams.
• Familiarity with platforms or enablement teams outside of feature delivery.
