Description

Manage backlog reduction, intake processing, and compliance remediation to improve SLA adherence and reduce risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reduce backlog and process intake requests to maintain SLA targets and throughput.
• Track documentation follow-ups and remediation activities to lower compliance risk.
• Standardize and scrub confidential repositories to ensure governance and CIDER readiness.
• Support parallel processing of BAU requests and SNOW automation pilots without disruption.
• Analyze intake volume and backlog trends to prioritize work and provide stakeholder status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, governance, or documentation-focused roles.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Experience with data archiving and standardizing repositories.
• Strong technical writing and governance background.
• Ability to manage backlogs, compliance tracking, and parallel workflows effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
