You will troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal operations and provide technical assistance to users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer-related problems and program errors.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems.
• Travel to various unanticipated sites within the U.S. as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Jenkins and Azure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Working knowledge of Gradle and Groovy.
• Scripting expertise in Powershell, Bash, and Python.
• Experience with TIBCO BW.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
