You will act as the primary liaison between IT development teams and business units to implement new systems and enhance existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Research, gather, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes to map functional needs to product functionality.
- Create design and configuration documents based on approved requirements and define transition roadmaps.
- Host plan review meetings to identify potential workflow issues, risks, and conflicts.
- Conduct quality assurance activities and oversee the use case development and test case review process.
- Establish functional baselines for as-is states and define to-be states including process re-design and change management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, or a related field.
