Description

You will act as the primary liaison between IT development teams and business units to implement new systems and enhance existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Research, gather, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes to map functional needs to product functionality.
  • Create design and configuration documents based on approved requirements and define transition roadmaps.
  • Host plan review meetings to identify potential workflow issues, risks, and conflicts.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities and oversee the use case development and test case review process.
  • Establish functional baselines for as-is states and define to-be states including process re-design and change management.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience defining functional baselines and transition roadmaps.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering and functional design.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, EE, CS, Computer Engineering, CIS, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
