You will lead development and systems analysis for complex financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using .NET and Azure SQL.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide QA through testing and deployments.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues to ensure production stability.
• Mentor development teams and drive coding standards and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Strong SQL expertise for complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex financial or business applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET framework.
• Understanding of SDLC and systems analysis methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Entity Framework or n-Hibernate.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
