Description

You will analyze user requirements and business objectives to automate processing and improve existing computer systems, owning the technical problem-solving lifecycle from analysis to implementation support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested changes.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions to business problems.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical TIERS systems, including weekend work and occasional on-premises tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis and technical problem-solving.
• Extensive experience with LDAP, Windows Active Directory, and DN.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Hypervisor technologies (Hyper-V and VMware).
• Deep knowledge of Windows Systems administration (Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, PXE).
• Experience administering Linux and Network Administration.
• Knowledge of IT Governance, security/privacy policies, and tools.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems with cloud service providers such as AWS or Azure.
• High-level knowledge of network facilities, data processing techniques, and capacity management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, SFTP/FTPS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise and implementing clustered environments.
