Description

You will perform complex systems analysis to support business systems integration and automate or improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business and software requirements.
• Prepare detailed designs, process models, flowcharts, data mapping, and documentation to verify design logic.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and coordinate UAT to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Diagnose problems with automated applications and write specifications to improve system performance and accuracy.
• Use standardized project management methodologies and tools to address project needs and enforce global standards.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience as a systems analyst, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field plus 3 years of systems analyst experience.
• 3 years of experience gathering requirements, quality assurance testing, or knowledge of UI Benefits, Tax, or Appeals systems.
• 3 years of experience conducting fit/gap sessions, system configuration, UAT, and developing training documentation.
• 3 years of experience preparing system requirement specifications, functional designs, architectural diagrams, and wireframes.
• 3 years of experience with document management systems, preferably object storage systems.
• 3 years of experience with SDLC principles including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with object storage systems.
