Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance, functionality, and operational support of the CLM system.
  • Support the ongoing improvement, configuration, and optimization of the Icertis CLM platform or similar contract management systems.
  • Partner with Lawyers and Legal Staff to understand business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.
  • Utilize contract data and operational insights to support contract analysis, reporting, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports, including metrics such as contract cycle time and operational performance.
  • Create analytics and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Support programming and development activities using Microsoft C#, SQL, and other relevant technology stacks.
  • Apply software improvement and implementation methodologies to enhance system functionality and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices across Legal Operations.
  • Support project management activities using Agile or traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and customer service.
  • Provide a high level of technical and operational support while maintaining strong relationships with Legal and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Strong experience with Icertis CLM; configuration and development experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft C# or other relevant technology stacks, including SQL.
  • Experience with Power BI and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Project management experience using Agile and/or traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong track record in project management and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to work effectively with Legal and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Experience with Icertis configuration and development.
  • Experience with Microsoft C# and related Microsoft technology stacks.
  • Experience supporting Legal Operations, contract analysis, or contract management processes
