Description

You will lead advanced analysis and testing for MMIS/MES modules, ensuring stable and compliant FAS operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, enhancements, and new module implementations within MMIS/MES.
• Lead testing strategies including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications.
• Drive root cause analysis for complex production issues and coordinate long-term corrective actions across Member, Claims, and Finance modules.
• Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors, ensuring accurate tracking and timely closure.
• Coordinate cross-module alignment to prevent downstream system conflicts and support audit and compliance activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and testing leadership.
• Deep knowledge of MMIS or large-scale healthcare claims processing systems.
• Proficiency in writing complex queries in Teradata.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for test planning, tracking, and execution.
• Strong background in data conversion, mapping rules, validation, and ETL design.
• Proven Agile testing experience, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and regression testing.
• Experience managing UAT and defect triage across multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe and DB2 testing.
• Familiarity with IBM Cognos or similar reporting tools.
