Key Responsibilities
✔ Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
✔ Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new technology solutions.
✔ Create and maintain:

✔ Work closely with developers, QA teams, project managers, technical teams, and business users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
✔ Participate in system design, configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
✔ Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution.
✔ Assist with system deployments, production implementation, and post-production support activities.
✔ Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions with technical teams.
✔ Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, security policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
✔ Develop training materials and support end users during system adoption and business-process changes.

🔹 Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related IT role.
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
✔ Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
✔ Knowledge of:

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
