Description

Analyze and implement systems for State Medicaid contracts, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to integration and testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, design, develop, and test system requirements to meet contractual obligations.
• Integrate medical and claims information across various information systems.
• Maintain working relationships with customer work groups to ensure service delivery satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve technical and project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing Java-based web applications.
• 5+ years of Medicaid domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Java Web applications, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with ReactJS and React Native applications.
• Experience with integration platforms such as ESB, Web Services, or COTS products like Salesforce, FileNet, or SugarCRM.
• Knowledge of J2EE, SDLC, and frameworks such as Struts, Spring, JSF, EJB, Hibernate, or iBatis.
• 3+ years of application design experience.
• 3+ years of experience with business processes or software package implementations.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying applications on on-premises and Cloud platforms.
