Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business and system requirements, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Evaluate existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to support system design, configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Develop training materials and support end-users during system adoption and post-production support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related IT role.
• Strong proficiency in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and Requirements Gathering.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and system integration patterns.
• Experience working with Databases, Enterprise Applications, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, and Jira for documentation and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills for resolving complex system issues.
