Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by designing system processes and supporting the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and map process flows to define specific system requirements.
• Design new systems and processing steps based on user specifications and prepare flow charts and diagrams for programmers.
• Collaborate with software engineers to develop data migration tools and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
• Set up test environments and data to support exhaustive testing during implementation phases.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and application operation descriptions.
• Provide project management teams with implementation status reviews and weekly task reports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data-related tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to assist programmers in debugging and error elimination.
• Solid understanding of networking principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
