Description

You will act as a technical bridge between stakeholders and development teams within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process flows for complex IT systems.
• Manage requirements and workflows across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Apply Agile methodologies to software development and infrastructure workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record in creating technical documentation and process flows.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working within the banking domain.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working on fraud or security-related projects.
• Extensive background working within financial institutions.
