Description

Analyze and document the impact of Workday implementation on enterprise data systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze upstream data changes and their impact on Oracle and Snowflake data warehouses and Tableau dashboards.
• Perform gap/fit analysis between existing configurations and Workday to provide retrofit recommendations.
• Document system requirements and author detailed user stories.
• Write test plans, coordinate stakeholder testing, and lead testing for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal resources and partner projects to manage pre- and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
• Proven experience in BI delivery within a Workday environment.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL or Python for data analysis and test scripting.
• Experience performing gap/fit analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong background in analytics and data management environments.
• Ability to manage production backlogs and guide users through testing processes.
• Experience working with Oracle or Snowflake data warehouses.

Preferred Skills

• Higher Education domain experience.
• Workday implementation history and data migration expertise including mapping and cleansing.
• Proficiency with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
