Description

You will lead the design, build, and implementation of replacing the SAP CRM Customer Service module with Salesforce. You own end-to-end initiatives in Finance, ensuring scalable design and quality deliverables. You define requirements, prioritize work, and design solutions aligned with business objectives. You communicate design decisions, impacts, and trade-offs to stakeholders. You perform data reconciliation in Excel and manage migration from legacy systems. You collaborate with Project Managers on planning and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements definition, prioritization, and solution design for Finance initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP CRM CS to Salesforce migration.
• Perform data reconciliation and manage legacy system migration.
• Communicate design decisions and trade-offs to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning and reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for Finance.
• Technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO: General Ledger, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Internal Order, and Project Systems.
• Experience with S/4 HANA integration and Salesforce Customer Service modules.
• Proven ability to design and configure technical solutions for service order integration.
• Experience in after-sales services within manufacturing, medical, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and influence business design decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems beyond Salesforce.
