You will analyze and design healthcare payer systems, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to drive business improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for healthcare payer platforms and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply AI/ML methodologies to enhance system functionality and decision-making processes.
• Manage project workflows using Agile practices and Jira to track progress and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Validate system outputs against business needs and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in the Healthcare Payer industry.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects and concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

• AI/ML related certifications.
