Description

You will own the administration and support of core systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, servers, Nutanix environment, and cloud infrastructure using Zabbix and other tools.
• Provide L1–L3 support for servers, Nutanix, AWS, storage, and related systems.
• Commission, decommission, and manage server configurations and OVA installations.
• Administer Wi-Fi devices (Ruckus, Juniper Mist, Cisco) following change management processes.
• Manage domain users, service accounts, and security groups, handling access requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems and Network Engineering.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, specifically Zabbix.
• Hands-on experience managing Nutanix and AWS environments.
• Expertise in Active Directory, including Domain management.
• Experience configuring and patching network devices (Ruckus, Juniper Mist, Cisco).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and standard escalation protocols.
• Experience with core services including Radius, SMTP, Okta, and DNS/DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for server logs, RADIUS, and NPS issues.
