6-9 Years of relevant IT experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.

Hands-on experience in the following technologies:

Server Operating Systems – Linux, Windows(preferred)

Virtualization technologies – VMWare/OLVM

Intel Enterprise Server level hardware (HP/IBM/Dell)

Scripting and automation – Bash/Python/Ansible

Good understanding of Networking services, protocols and Storage concepts

Demonstrated experience with system monitoring, Observability and performance tuning

Knowledge of Vulnerability management across operating systems and Virtualization platforms

High level understanding of IT infrastructure and applications

Exposure to DevOps and Agile practices

Strong understanding of Enterprise ITSM processes

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Certifications in RHEL/ Microsoft/ VMware & ITIL will be favorable
