Description

You will own the development, support, and maintenance of multiple framework components including thick-client, web, services, enterprise application integration, and batch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes within the frameworks.
• Provide cross-functional support for performance issues and application errors, determining root causes with operations resources.
• Assist in developing architectural designs that implement Systems Architecture frameworks.
• Support the DevOps release management process in an agile environment.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, mentor team members, and execute resource planning.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in systems architecture or related engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in DevOps practices and release management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCM (Source Control Management).
• Experience with thick-client, web, and service-based architectures.
• Ability to provide technical guidance on framework usage and technology stacks.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise application integration and service buses.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch processing systems.
• Background in managing separation of duties in development workflows.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.
