Responsibilities

• Architect solutions for large-scale modernization and migration projects.
• Design and build workflow and orchestration engines.
• Build solutions leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Lead teams through large-scale code refactoring and the improvement of coding standards across extensive codebases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage partner expectations.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, and React.
• Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra, plus PL/SQL.
• Expertise in stream-processing systems using Kafka or Pulsar.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with DevOps tools including SRE, Splunk, New Relic, Catchpoint, and Prometheus.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies such as BigQuery, Composer, Dataflow (Apache Beam), and Pub/Sub.
• Solid understanding of network domain principles, including wireline/wireless networks and services.
• Proficiency in object-oriented and object-function scripting languages.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• GCP certifications.
• Experience leading OSS/BSS application designers and architects within the telecommunications industry.
