We are looking for an experienced Systems Architect III to join a dynamic enterprise IT environment supporting cloud and on-prem infrastructure initiatives.

Top Skills Required:
7+ years analyzing and recommending technology solutions (performance, stability, cost optimization)
7+ years leading technical project teams & system implementations
10+ years expert-level Microsoft Windows Server Administration
5+ years Omnissa Horizon & vSphere (Design, Deployment, Troubleshooting)
Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS
Azure, VDI, PowerShell, MFA, Storage & Backup
Certificate management & authentication services
Strong communication & leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Technical Lead for backend infrastructure services
Provide 3rd level technical support for VDI & enterprise systems
Drive modernization and upgrade initiatives
Work closely with project managers & leadership
Manage team workload and on-call operations
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
Deliver hands-on troubleshooting and strategic guidance

Own equipment required (as per client specs)
Must provide 3 business references (1 supervisory level)
