Description
You will implement, support, maintain, and enhance the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS) and CHEMSPRO.
Responsibilities
- Upgrade CHEMS from Delphi 2007 to 2011.
- Develop software and system enhancements for the existing Oracle version 19c database.
- Build import/export integration programs for data transfer in and out of CHEMS.
- Manage release cycles for periodic CHEMS software updates.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Delphi programming using RAD Studio 2007+ and/or 2011.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL/PL SQL.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Developer.
- 5+ years of experience with GitHub.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows-based application platforms and development tools.
- Sound knowledge in Oracle RDBMS and Oracle DB Admin Tools, Enterprise Manager.
- Familiarity with WisDOT, DTSD, and Bureau of Highway Operations (BHO) accounting practices.
- Experience with Object-orient programming languages using Virtual Component Library (VCL).
- Knowledge of MS Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows Server 2015+.
