Description

You will design and implement infrastructure and application architecture to transition counties to the CHEMS system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design IT infrastructure components and application architecture for complex systems integration.
• Develop custom modules and integrate them with packaged business solutions.
• Implement, support, maintain, and enhance the CHEMS and CHEMSPRO systems.
• Manage release cycles for periodic CHEMS software releases.
• Participate in system enhancements for the Oracle 19c database.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Architect capabilities.
• Proficiency in Delphi programming using RAD Studio 2007+ and/or 2011.
• Experience with Object-oriented programming using Virtual Component Library (VCL).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, Oracle DB Admin Tools, and Enterprise Manager.
• Experience in design and integration of business applications and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven methodology experience for complex systems integration projects.
• Broad networking infrastructure knowledge.
