Description

Design and implement enterprise business solutions on the Pega platform, owning the architecture from technical design through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Pega PRPC solutions, ensuring alignment with customer technical requirements and organizational best practices.
• Develop technical design documents and provide accurate effort estimates for business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, data governance, and technical leads to define solution requirements.
• Implement Pega rules including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Agents, Queue Processors, and Connectors.
• Ensure delivered solutions match defined requirements through rigorous testing and validation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience with a focus on technology consulting and enterprise architecture.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC v6.x, v7.x, or v8.x.
• Strong technical background in Java and enterprise-class Java applications.
• Deep knowledge of Pega features such as SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, and Listeners.
• Proven experience with multiple global Pega implementations.
• Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills.
• Expertise in system integration and Pega PRPC Architecture.
