Description

You will lead the analysis, implementation, and administration of core organizational technologies, including VMware, VDI, and Microsoft Windows environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate VMware and VDI technologies to document recommendations for performance, stability, and cost reduction.
• Lead project teams as the technical expert for system implementations, collaborating with project managers to establish goals and best practices.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and DNS to support application servers.
• Oversee the creation, support, and maintenance of certificates for core systems and third-party integrations.
• Provide lead technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure security protocols for authentication and authorization services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience analyzing and documenting VMware and VDI technologies.
• 10+ years of experience leading project teams through system implementation lifecycles.
• 10+ years of expert-level administration of Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• 7+ years of experience managing certificates for core systems and third-party integrations.
• Deep technical knowledge of Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience working alongside Project Managers to drive technical decision-making.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware vSphere, VDI solutions, and cloud computing platforms.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Knowledge of security protocols and tools for authentication/authorization.
