You will design and implement technical solutions for workers' compensation and disability insurance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement technology structures and software requirements for application development teams.
• Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, triggers, and batch applications using .NET.
• Maintain data integration solutions with AMS systems like Applied EPIC and Vertafore.
• Build and manage web applications using modern frameworks and responsive design principles.
• Ensure all development adheres to SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards, and IT governance processes.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, and Advanced Queuing.
• 84 months of experience applying NYCIRB guidelines to software for processing workers' compensation premiums.
• 84 months of experience estimating experience ratings and implementing policy renewals, rebills, and audits.
• 60 months of experience with .NET application development using C# and Visual Studio 2019 or newer.
• 60 months of experience with ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for Underwriting and Claims.
• 60 months of experience developing billing systems using the Accrual Accounting Method.
• 48 months of experience parsing and transforming ACORD .AL3 files using AL3 Mapper or IVANS tools.
• 48 months of experience in web development using JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, and HTML.
• 24 months of experience with Azure DevOps Server, including source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Applied EPIC or Vertafore AMS systems.
