Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM solutions, managing timeline planning, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead all implementation aspects including functional/technical requirements, design, build, testing, and delivery.
• Develop applications using Oracle EPM suite products, including business rules, MDX, Groovy, and EPM Automate.
• Manage master data and reporting through dashboards, management reports, and narrative reporting.
• Execute API-based integrations between Oracle EPM, Fusion, and other enterprise software.
• Conduct user training and knowledge sharing sessions to drive system adoption.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of design and build experience.
• 5+ years designing and building solutions on Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion On-prem for financial and operational planning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud suite (EPBCS, PBCS, DM, EDM, Narrative Reporting, PCM).
• Proficiency in scripting with MDX, Groovy, and EPM Automate.
• Experience with process automation using EPM Automate, IBM Cognos Command Center, or OneCloud.
• Deep domain knowledge of Finance (FP&A) and Accounting business processes.
• Experience with API-based integrations involving Oracle Fusion.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EPM certifications (On-premise or Cloud).
• Product Management experience prototyping and designing products on proprietary tech stacks.
• Experience implementing ML/AI solutions for predictive planning and analysis.
