Description

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.
• Model business processes, perform gap analysis, and assess impact on existing systems.
• Analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and workflow optimization.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UML diagrams to visualize solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve root causes and define technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in UML modeling tools, specifically Visio.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello or MS Project.
• Ability to create user stories and use cases within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex lookups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Axure.
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology alongside Agile practices.
