Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test scripts, and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and resolve data quality gaps.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support for IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system solutions and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or network/operating systems analysis.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and industry best practices.
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency with mainframe software tools including TSO, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, or MQ.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
